“I aspire to leverage my experience in international exchange and partnerships with overseas cities to contribute to addressing labor shortages. To this end, I aim to serve as a bridge by fostering talented individuals in Sri Lanka and connecting them with opportunities in Japan.
Sri Lanka has overcome the economic crisis and is currently showing promising signs of recovery. However, domestic wage levels remain low, and many individuals are seeking employment in Japan, where salaries are higher.
Sri Lanka is also known as a “pro-Japanese” country, with a culture that values communication, respects hierarchies and family, and embraces peace.
Furthermore, the fact that English is a common language in Sri Lanka is a significant advantage for working in Japan.
At JIHR, we operate Japanese language schools, provide recruitment services and offer support for overseas expansion projects in Sri Lanka.
In the future, we will further focus on nurturing talent within Sri Lanka and strive to meet the expectations of people in Japan
